I've been teaching students around the world over video chat for years, and while it's not the same as in-person, there are many advantages. Lessons are available both online and in-person at my home studio in Phoenix (85044).

I have been teaching group and private Acting Lessons for over a decade. In recent years, my Studio has become more selective, tailoring instruction to match students who plan on pursuing Acting for the rest of their lives, either vocationally or as a hobby. 

In my studio we focus on:

  • Core Vocal Technique: Breath Support, Projection, Intonation, Tone, Style

  • Posture, Facial Expression, and Physical Gesture

  • Character Development and Story Analysis

  • Repertoire: Building a Body of Quality Performance Pieces, Monologues, etc.

  • Audition/Performance Skills: Applying the Above in the Real World

  • Cold Reading, Memorization, Slating, Self-Tapes

Students vary in age and ability level, but are unified in their love of acting, desire to improve, and commitment to a lifetime of active participation in theater. Students of all ages and experience levels are welcome in my studio.

I have a deep passion for mentoring those who seek to make acting their career, either as performers or educators. My goal is for every student that works for me to achieve their dreams with performance, landing the roles they desire, nailing their auditions, becoming more passionate, expressive, and effective performers over time, and building a career in the arts if that's the path they choose.
